ON OUR KNEES AND IN GOD'S HANDS

Part 23: Acts 12:1-25. The persecution of the Church in Jerusalem expands from simply the Jewish religious authorities to now include the regional political authority of Herod Agrippa. Leaders in the church are apprehended, James is beheaded and Peter is next. But through the agency of prayer and angelic intervention, God delivers Peter and executes judgment on Herod.
