THE ORIGIN OF EVERYTHING
Apr 12, 2015 • Larry Green • Part 1: Introduction to the Book of Genesis
Genesis, and the first eleven chapters in particular, is perhaps the most debated book in the Old Testament from a scientific and historical perspective. Yet, it is the most vital and foundational book to a proper understanding of the world as we find it and God's ultimate purpose in redemptive history. This sermon serves as an introduction to the Book of Genesis and lays the groundwork for a 2 Part Series, the first of which focuses on Genesis 1-11, which presents Creation (1-2), Corruption (3) and the beginning of the unfolding of God's Covenant or promise (3-11).
